About
My guiding principle is to serve others through designing intuitive user experiences and solving business problems with a user-centered approach. With over 8 years of experience in UX design, I've developed expertise across all phases of product development—from discovery to design, and from handoff to iteration. I've contributed to a range of companies, from nimble startups to large enterprises, consistently transforming customer and business needs into high-quality, intuitive software solutions.
The client projects I've worked on include redesigning and enhancing legacy systems across various industries. Notable projects include a B2B e-commerce platform for the food industry, a reporting and analytics platform for the transportation industry, and a sophisticated workforce management platform. More recently, I led design for a new CRM and itinerary builder for the travel industry, at Tern Travel, streamlining complex jobs-to-be-done into enjoyable experiences.
My commitment to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail aims to ensure that every product I design meets user expectations and making it more accessible and enjoyable.
