My guiding principle is to serve others through designing intuitive user experiences and solving business problems with a user-centered approach. With over six years of experience in UX design, I've developed expertise across all phases of product development—from discovery to design, and from handoff to iteration. I've contributed to a range of companies, from nimble startups to large enterprises, consistently transforming customer and business needs into high-quality, intuitive software solutions.
The client projects I've worked on include redesigning and enhancing legacy systems across various industries. Notable projects include a B2B e-commerce platform for the food industry, a reporting and analytics platform for the transportation industry, and a sophisticated workforce management platform. More recently, I designed a CRM and itinerary builder for the travel industry, streamlining complex jobs-to-be-done into enjoyable experiences.
My commitment to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail aims to ensure that every product I design meets user expectations and making it more accessible and enjoyable.
